These terms apply to use of the Fairhairfactory online store, customer accounts, quotations, and orders. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies and order details shown during checkout.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission. Customer accounts do not provide access to website administration.

Products, custom specifications, and quotations

Many Fairhairfactory products are made or prepared to customer specifications. Product photographs and colour displays are illustrative and appearance may vary with hair material, texture, lighting, screen settings, and production tolerances. You are responsible for checking length, colour formula, texture, strand weight, pack quantity, delivery information, and other selected specifications before approving a quotation or submitting an order.

Prices and orders

Prices are available to verified signed-in customers and may depend on specifications, quantity, currency, exchange rates, customer terms, and delivery requirements. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment. We may contact you to clarify specifications, correct an obvious error, or decline and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Payment, production, and delivery

Available payment methods and any applicable charges are shown during checkout or on the quotation. Estimated production and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless expressly agreed in writing. Customs procedures, carrier delays, incomplete specifications, and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

Changes, cancellation, and returns

Because customised products may enter production promptly, changes or cancellation may not be possible after production begins. Eligibility for return, replacement, repair, or refund depends on the product, its condition, the approved specification, applicable mandatory rights, and the terms confirmed for the order. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, scrape restricted customer pricing, submit fraudulent information, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fairhairfactory is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control.
