Enter your email address or WhatsApp number and complete verification. A new customer account is created automatically on first sign-in.

Confirm country and currency

Check the suggested country and preferred currency before continuing. Your currency is confirmed only after you approve it.

Select exact specifications

Choose the available length, texture, color, weight per piece or strand, pieces or strands per pack, quantity and any customer-visible note.

Use Common Products

Save frequently reordered specifications manually. Paid orders are not added automatically. A saved item can later be added to your cart again.

Check the cart carefully

Confirm every product, specification, quantity, currency and total. If our team helped adjust the cart, refresh the website cart and review it before payment.

Complete the shipping address

Recipient name, phone, street, city, postal code and country are required. Company is optional. If postcode lookup finds no city, enter it manually.

Confirm DHL shipping

Accurate address and order weight are used to calculate shipping. The quotation will show a clear currency code, not only a currency symbol.

Follow production and delivery

Use My Account to review the order status. Customer-facing files and tracking details may also be sent in your service conversation.
