You may request deletion of a Fairhairfactory customer account and eligible personal information at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email service@fairhairfactory.com with the subject Delete my Fairhairfactory account.
- Send the request from the email address registered to the account. If the account was created with phone sign-in and has no email address, state the verified telephone number and we will provide a secure ownership-verification step.
- Tell us whether you also want optional Google or Facebook sign-in connections removed.
For security, we will verify that the requester controls the account, registered email address, social sign-in, or verified telephone number before deletion.
What happens after verification
We delete or anonymise eligible profile data and remove optional social-login connections. Information that must be retained for transaction records, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or other legal obligations may be restricted and retained only for those purposes. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup-retention cycle.
Facebook data deletion
If you used Facebook Login, you may also remove Fairhairfactory from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing the app stops future Facebook Login access. To request deletion of data already held by Fairhairfactory, follow the email process above.
